Todd led through the structure and negotiation of transferring Alight’s 9,500 colleague Indian entity to an Indian IT services major as a managed captive transaction.Todd holds a Bachelor’s in Finance & Marketing from the University of Oregon and an MBA from DePaul University. During his tenure, he led the integration of 4 acquisitions, and was actively involved in developing commercial strategies and deal structures. Todd’s previous experiences include Alight Solutions where he was the business unit CFO of their global payroll BPO, Workday implementation and managed services businesses. He brings with him deep consulting experience in financial modelling as well as being a recognised people leader with a keen eye for building high performance teams. Todd is also responsible for M&A and post M&A integration at Marlabs as well as leading commercial reengineering initiatives. His key responsibilities include business strategy and execution.
